Atheist vs. Antitheists

Atheists often proselytise the 'no God hypothesis'.
Anti-theists definitely do - all the time.
So when that happens in a place like this, what are they expecting. Applause?

I am glad that anti-theists preach so much around here. That way, when I take a contrary position I can't get accused of trolling/preaching. It's nothing but the contest of ideas in the public square.

Not this religion, I kinda think it's quite useful.

Especially when you want to control the sheeple.

1.James 1:27
Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.

Catfish,
I'll grant you a point if you can demonstrate one religion that is 'undefiled before God'.
I don't need you to grant me anything, the point was made.
Whether or not there is a god to be pure and undefiled before, the religion as desribed above is not useless, deceitful nor dumb.

There is no God; therefore I am atheist. Assholes in charge of organizations pretending to know the mind of God (religions) create rules making it a crime to have certain thoughts; therefore, I will happily answer to 'antitheist'. Keep in mind that the fuckers that will tell you what you can and cannot think have convenient excuses when challenged for the address and phone number of the deity (usually the A/S/K bullshit).

Here's the deal. If I created the universe and had the attributes typically ascribed to the Christian God....there is no fucking way I would allow the likes of Drippy, GC, Catfish, John V, Lion IRC, Waldork and Scepter of Fuck speak for me. If the likes of you are God's emissaries, then God needs a serious lesson regarding delegation.

Note: I intentionally didn't include Wooters and Aractus for obvious reasons despite differences in opinion.

You need a serious lesson in reading comprehension. I never claim to speak for God and if you think you have proof to the contrary, produce it.
In other words, pay attention to what I write, not what you imagine.

I'll take this as proof that you cannot name a religion that is 'undefiled before God'. If there was one, you would have gladly submitted it to support your bible spam. The fact that you can't renders your quote meaningless.

Not at all. Pay attention to what I wrote, mmm'kay?

I showed a religion that I thought was useful. If you think that religion as described is useless, deceitful or dumb, say it.

Why don't you pay attention to what you write? You quoted a verse that invoked the idea of undefiled religion. I asked you for an example to support the claim. You replied with this bullshit that I'm not paying attention without giving an example. I tried to course correct the conversation yet you reply with more of this 'Cato has poor reading comprehension skills' bullshit.

Give me an example of an undefiled religion (as your bible bullshit demands) or shut the fuck up.

You have your example of a "'useful" religion as I stated.
"Undefiled" is the opinion of the author, do I really need to give each of you guys an English lesson with each post or are you intentionally being this way?

Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this,(everything before this is author's opinion/commentary) (eveything after this is the description of this unnamed religion) To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.

Notice the bolded portion above? I did not miss your feeble attempt... (although I really expected you to demand a god to be produced which this unnamed religion could be undefiled before also)

So again, I ask that you pay attention to what I write. Undecided

What the fuck is wrong with you? You still have yet to provide an example of an undefiled religion.

Sure, you have now qualified the definition, but you have yet to give an example. Also, I thought the Bible was the word of God (or at least inspired by God). Didn't you just vehemently proclaim that you don't speak for God? Which is it?

I think cato123 has us mixed up.
It was me who mentioned about speaking for God.

I speak for myself.

...and thanks for the compliment.
