Meh. I would prefer if they just stopped trying to spread their religion altogether. I do not believe there are millions or even 1 million or even a thousand Americans who are atheist and agnostic because Christianity claims Jesus as the son of god. I don't believe we are at all concerned with who is or is not claimed to be the son of a god. Because we don't see any evidence for the existence of a god. That is the claim we find to be ridiculous and unbelievable.

Ska88, you're going against Allah for saying this. It is mentioned in Surat 'Āli `Imrān 3:54 that:

"they (the unbelievers) planned to deceive, and Allah planned to deceive (the unbelievers), and Allah is the best of deceivers."

and again in Surat Al-'Anfāl 8:30 which says:

"And [remember, O Muhammad], when those who disbelieved plotted against you to restrain you or kill you or evict you [from Makkah]. But they plan, and Allah plans. And Allah is the best of planners."

You can deceive anyone if it's for the "good fight" (Jihad).

This is correct, the correct word is planned or schemed, i think the arab word is Makara, but you can understand it wasn't a process rinsed in honesty. lol

Then it is not facts and just an opinion, which it can mean many things . . not necessarily means "deceiving"; for example verse 2.9

Secondly, if you murdered someone and the state sentenced you to death. . Is it equal and unjust ?

Then they have to do something with the penal code . . because I believe almost all penal code provide for the punishment of death sentence in cases of intentional homicide, and they believe it is just.
