One more thing. I don't promise it will turn out this way, but more than once I've had Christian friends tell me that they came to me just because they wanted to talk about how it felt to them without hearing about how their loved one was in a better place. I don't mean my friends ceased to be Christian, only that they wanted a place to be sad and angry without hearing about heaven or god's greater purpose.
