Unfortunately for you you're not the one who gets to decide on the rules and how they are enforced. This isn't a democracy, and you don't get to vote on what is and isn't acceptable.

Truth is, we assess every issue on a case by case basis and the material you posted was deemed to contravene our rules. These are in place to protect both members and the forum as a whole.
