Reality is reality! DUH!
Truth is a description of reality which is biased/skewed by our perception of reality. For example: it is true that the sun goes from East to West in the sky. The reality is that the Earth spins, giving the apparent movement of the sun in the sky. EDIT: for this reason, you hear a lot of theists claiming "truth", but seldom claiming to know "reality". If there is a god, I want to believe that there is a god. If there is not a god, I want to believe that there is no god.
