So what did you have to eat at breakfast/lunch/dinner/anytime

Just made a big casserole dish of homemade macaroni and cheese, old Betty Crocker cookbook recipe, only with a full pound of cheese.
Really browned nicely and was hot and bubbly when removed from oven. Made the house smell good too. 
Bananas and cornflakes for breakfast.
Exotic, I know.

exotic only if moistened with beer instead of milk
Having a beer right now after my dinner of a slice of bread and a nice wedge of cheese almost came up again whilst reading theist replies to the torture thread.
