I'd like to bomb them with bacon and those who manage to get caught we should put them in prisons run by women.

Run by women wearing bacon bikinis. Big Grin

Doesn't sound like a nice idea to wish harm for all the innocent people who just happen to live in the middle east.

Yes, dammit. Don't take any chances.

We are not going to do it with dubya and cheney's idea of building the defense budget to pay corporations billions of dollars to profit from wars that are not winable.

I don't think you've thought this through. Let's assume that "the mother fuckers bomb each other into oblivion". I don't understand the assumption that this leads to peace. Who exactly fills the vacuum? It's naive to think that this vacuum filling will not result in its own mortal conflict. What I find ironic is that even though it wasn't mutual destruction, the abject weakness of the Byzantine and Persian empires after years of war gave rise to the quick Arab expansion of the late 7th century.

On a more humane level, you seem to ignore the carnage inflicted on the innocent in the region. In fact, your idea of oblivion suggests that the majority of people will simply be considered a collateral damage afterthought. Sitting back and blaming the Bush administration for the current malaise may feel good as a political 'I told you so'; however, it does nothing to solve the problem.
