In the video the Dark Knight had a light saber too. I think the utility belt is safe. You should also be aware that Batman has already beaten Superman once. Anyone that can beat Superman can certainly take out a telekinetic cyborg.

The only Jedi Vader actually fought whooped his ass and left him for dead (always confirm your kills) by a river of lava. The others were killed by the emperor's forces through stealth and treachery.

Perhaps GC is referencing the epic poem battle Vader and Batman engaged in a few years back? Batman won the battle with An Ode to Ivy, a spoken-word piece delivered at the Gotham Botanical Gardens.

I believe a rematch is being negotiated, but Vader has been very busy in his recently acquired position as Head Judge Of Intergalactic Yo Mama Fights.
