Nope. Your billionaires first.

FUCK OFF, the left did not start this, the right did 30 years ago with deregulation. We are not the ones in favor of Citizens United. There is no "you go first". FUCKING accept your own fucking stupidity instead of placing blame on the rest of us being held hostage by your Koch brother nutfucks.

You fucking make the same goddamned excuses Europeans did with Native Americans and what Jews do in taking land they don't own. How dare you blame us for a fight we didn't want or start.

You don't want to go first, then don't bitch when others are forced to compete. But do not ever get the stupid idea that only one party or one class get to decide for the rest of us what OUR laws are. You either start working with us and do the right thing or you will get your ass run over. What will not happen anymore is the rich and  right wing cold war slur that liberals are anti business or Stalin lovers.

No more blaming liberals for the wrecked economy the GOP caused. FUCK YOU.
Nope. You lefties are to blame for all of it...and you can kiss my ass you shriveled up nut sack anti business Stalin lover.

Nope sorry, your cold war bullshit slur won't work anymore. No liberal I would consider sane wants to end the private sector for merely saying pay is not keeping up with the cost of living. There are three classes of votes in the civil west, not one, one class does not get to write our laws by themselves for everyone else.

The rich and the right have given the real welfare queens, like banks and Wall Street, and big oil and Walmart all the free tax cuts the rest of us have to make up for and want to do so by raising taxes on the rest of us and gutting things like social security and medicare and veterans benefits.

Trickle up is what we have. FUCK OFF no one is fooled anymore. The rich don't have to go away, but they do have to start listening. I am not interested in their global corporatism in a chase for slave labor.

When billionaire Nick Hanauer is telling his fellow class they are fucking up their own feedback loop by chasing after slave wages, the other billionaires have no case.

Again, your cold war bullshit wont work anymore.

Lets just look at the banks.  They caused a financial crisis in 2008. The government (obama) bailed all of their asses out, put some weak ass regulations on them and now have backed off those regulations.

But the left is anti-business?  Go fuck yourself with their billionaire dicks, apparently you enjoy taking it up your ass

I love rich people. I love Wall Street, the Banks and Big Oil. I would hate Wal Mart too except that they don't sell any of that ABBA shit. That's the only good I like about Wal Mart. ABBA sucks shit water. Only a Goof Tard would like ABBA. I wish I was rich so I could buy up all the rights to ABBA and throw that goof ass shit in the garbage. The Stones were a lot better.

Yes he did bail them out. I think it was Iceland did the opposite which is what we should have done, thrown the bakers in jail and bailed out the homeowners.

Obama isn't anti business, but I do think everyone needs to face that we cannot have the right or the rich running everything. They have destroyed stability and that destruction started 30 years ago. I only blame my party for allowing them to blackmail us, and I also blame my party's voter apathy in midterms.

The practical issue that remains unspoken for political purposes is that the we (the US) need corporations and rich people.  And we don't need poor people.  In fact poor people are bad for the country.  If the bottom 10% disappeared, it would be great for the country (practically speaking).  If the top 10% disappeared, it'd be a crisis.

While a lot of money and politics is bullshit and people being bought off, there is also the part that a Corporation can go wherever they want.  They aren't like Joe Schmoe in Tulsa who's options are staying in Tulsa, or maybe moving to Oklahoma City.  They are not American.  They are global, and globally, the US has to compete for them.

Similarly, a billionaire isn't the same as Joe Schmoe either.  Because they can put their Billion dollars wherever they want.  And the US has to compete to have them do things in this country with it.

But the key point is that the US does not have some magical patriotic claim to all the wealth and jobs in the world, which is the attitude of most of us American peons use to form our economic opinions with.

You know how you make that bottom 10% disappear? Pay them livable wages. And who said we can live without big business? None so drop it. If the top 10% paid more in  taxes and invested in workers, the workers would be less dependent. But when you have billionaires like Nick Hanauer telling his own class they are fucking up, sorry, you have no case.

And  we are not the center of the planet, never claimed we should be. But we are not going to get involved in a race for cheap labor worldwide either, that doesn't benefit anyone accept the top. The worlds rich need to invest everywhere to reduce poverty EVERYWHERE.

Then there is this.
So on top of Nick Hanauer and Buffet and economist Robert Reich and this.

The rich are what keeps the economy moving. Piss them off and they take their toys and go somewhere else. Which brings up outsourcing to other countries. They should be required to pay the same tariffs that any other country does. It should be more palatable to produce within our borders rather than outside the country.

Gadaffi was a billionaire, owned stock in GE. . And only a fool would stupidly think Kim Jong Un's family isn't rich.

The rich ARE NOT what keeps the economy going, workers are. And if you don't take take care of workers, while you may get away with it for some time, eventually that society will turn on you. Simple evolution at work, starve enough of the population they will look for the first opportunity to topple that power when they have the chance.

I agree though, piss off the rich and they take their toys elsewhere. That is called blackmail.

Bernie, better than the other alternatives, although he still cow tows to Israel, and anyway, he probably doesn't have a realistic shot (although there's some scenario's where I could see Bernie winning the nomination). IMO we need a third party with new ideas (maybe a revitalized reform party or something like that).

I'm sick of both parties. On the one hand we have a militaristic, anti-science, blatantly anti-worker, and anti-intellectual republican party ... on the other hand, a democratic party who claims to like workers, yet they keep coming up with new ways to export our jobs to third world sweat shops (WTO, NAFTA, and the latest and greatest, Obama's TPP). So their solution is a never ending flurry of debt financed infrastructure spending and growth in government bureaucracy to compensate for the jobs we lost because THEY sent them overseas. It's both absurd unsustainable (and you can't even blame Keynes for this nonsense, he never endorsed never ending debt spending). Moreover, important problems get sucked into this whirlpool of political posturing. Take immigration reform. The consequences of our failure to secure our southern border, has been to transform Mexico into a narco-state (complete with mass migrations displacing millions of people, tens of thousands murdered, unprecedented levels of poverty, etc.).  So the only thing both parties agree on is also (not so coincidentally) the only thing they manage to accomplish on a consistent basis, worker exploitation (and of course, creating new customers for our military contractors).

The status quo has given us mountains of debt, mass incarceration, institutional racism, militarization of police, a surveillance state, corruption, etc. We will eventually have to pay back all the money we borrow to keep our bureaucracy running, to fight these trillion dollar unjustified wars, etc., and borrowing today equals higher taxes tomorrow, which will hamper our ability to do things like ensure the solvency of important programs (like social security and medicare). I bet the banksters of Wall Street are salivating, eager to get their grubby hands on our retirement money.

Folks, if you ask me ... it's time to dust off our pitchforks and get rid of the plutocrats Smile
