Can't see images/videos/gifs

Basically instead of seeing images, pictures, videos, etc I just see the link inside the quotation. What can I do to change this?
Whoever fights monsters should see to it that in the process he does not become a monster. And if you gaze long enough into an abyss, the abyss will gaze back into you

User CP (top right) -> (Your profile on left) Edit Options -> (Thread view options on right) Tick boxes display images in posts, display videos in posts -> Update options (bottom)
