An internal investigation found Rose did follow Rossi inside without cause, grabbed her arm, and put her in handcuffs. Police say Rose's incident report didn't mention that Rossi was arrested in her home (and subsequently unarrested), was naked, or that any force was used. He retired during the course of the investigation.

This is why there is no accountability.

I saw the video for this one. Black guy gets punched, so police tackle black guy and haul him off. They really don't even care.

Black suicidal Florida teen was holding toy gun when 5 cops opened fire on him: police

According to police, Robert Dentmond called 911 Sunday evening and told operators he was walking around with an M16 rifle at an apartment complex and that he was going to kill himself before he hung up on the operator.

Officers responding to the scene discovered Dentmond holding what they believed to be a real weapon and began a dialogue with the teen, stating he dropped the toy gun before picking it up and beginning to walk away.

Surest way to kill yourself.  Be black and carry a toy gun and they'll gladly blow you away.

“Three (3) of the Deputies on scene are Crisis Intervention Team (CIT) certified, having undergone 40-hours of training in identifying individuals suffering from mental illnesses, individuals in crisis, and de-escalation techniques.”

They probably need a refresher course.
