It's not that I want nothing to do with him. It's that I don't know conclusively that he exists, and the way he's portrayed in his holy book is not endearing. Gods having children is not a new thing there are many stories about people of divine birth, especially if you learn about Zeus. So someone being the son of a god isn't very impressive. Much less the idea that brutally murdering an innocent person somehow absolves a bad person of their sin. We have progressed enough as a culture that we don't believe blood has magical qualities, and that it's considered a breach of justice for a guilty person to scapegoat an innocent person.

In which case it's apparntly too late for some reason. which smells of a scam. Listen, the way is simple and narrow and easy. God made access to Him as easy as drinking water. Your faith is accounted for righteousness and not your life long obedience. God made the terms and it's simple. His mercy is rich but there is a ceiling and after the second coming, it's too late; just like when the doors of the ark were closed before the flood.
Jesus is the only way to God.

I find the entire concept of vicarious blood sacrifice atonement to be morally abhorrent, the concept of holding flawed creatures permanently accountable for social misbehaviors and thought crimes to be morally abhorrent, and the concept of calling something "free" when it comes with the strings of subjugation and obedience perhaps the most morally abhorrent of all... and that's without even going into the history of justifying genocide, slavery, rape, misogyny, religious intolerance, and suppression of free speech which has been attributed by your own scriptures to your deity. I want a refund. I would burn happily rather than serve the monster you profess to love.
The Christian religion is immoral and I want no part of it.
You'd believe if you just opened your heart" is a terrible argument for religion. It's basically saying, "If you bias yourself enough, you can convince yourself that this is true." If religion were true, people wouldn't need faith to believe it -- it would be supported by good evidence.

If it was simple and easy, almost everyone would get in. That isn't the case, though. everyone would get in if they made the choice

Hmn, seems to me like god revealing himself might be illegal, depending on what state he's revealing himself in, for example, to minors.

If you want nothing to do with FSM, then FSM will have nothing to do with you (hence, FSM giving people over to a reprobate mind).
