My very mundane resolution is to become lighter on my feet. I want to lose weight. I'm down from my all time high of 240 lbs to just over 230. Tonight I start a ten week program through Kaiser, my first attempt at getting help with this. I also hope to get some resolution with my sore knee so I can get back to more frequent and longer walks.
