Yeah, 'cause the author appears to need that given his lack of credentialsTongue
(Emphasis.)

Credentials don't mean shit in science.

Jormungandr-

I'm going to be signing off for a few weeks, but before I go, I would like to publicly apologize to you.

In another thread, you called me a "squirrely little fuck". I lazily responded by mimicking this and calling you an "ignorant little bitch".

This was wrong for me to do, and I'm sorry. In fact, your posts are usually challenging and enjoyable for that reason. I wish the other gals in this forum had even half your reasoning skills.

Best wishes.

Anybody who needs to put "amazing truths" on a cover is telling lots and lots of fibbies.....
But why not! He knows that his intended market will believe whatever they read anyway without putting too much thought into it.

It doesn't really matter if he's even the top scientist in every scientific field in the world. If his findings as expressed in the book cannot be published in a scientific peer-reviewed journal, then perhaps we should remain in doubt.

It's his credentials that make it essential that he follow review procedures if he wants anyone who has even a layman's understanding of science to ever take his bullshit seriously. He understands the procedures and why they're in place. Going around them is a huge red flag that screams "My book is bullshit!"

The problem is, anyone can just open up the bible.

That's not how it works, rocky. That's not how science works, or humans for that matter. Way better credentialed people than this guy write wrong stuff all the time even when their judgment is not clouded by faith, and ideally their peers spot the mistakes. You wouldn't believe the horseshit I have heard Nobel laureates say, while watching other Nobel laureates roll their eyes at them. So, what do credentials mean if the Gods of science disagree, Euthyphro?
