Nothing.

You should have taken a piss on their lawn.

Just a cobblestone courtyard. And some nice flowers. It was also broad daylight with people around.

10 minutes in, excuse yourself to the bathroom and don't come back. Walk home, sit by the car, sit on the lawn. I only had to do it two or three times before they caved.
I don't have an anger problem, I have an idiot problem.

Jump to your feet during the service, point at the officiant and shout 'EXPECTO PATRONUM!!'.

I doubt you'll be asked back.

Tommorrow is going to be our first day of going back to church since the summer, and my mom just gave me this speech about how I should be listening instead of just reading through the service like I've done in the past. I'm not sure what I should do because I really don't want to go, but I can't tell my parents I'm an athiest. What should I do to get through the service? Thatnks for your help and sorry for the bad sentence structure.

Late to reply, but hey- after mass, if they have a parish center serving fresh donuts, what the heck, go there and eat free donuts. Just be aware they are "good" just not "good for you"......LOL

Remember- beware of pious priests, preachers, and pastors' sermons about how you should redeem yourself. Dont cowtow to their mantra about being born a sinner, and needing redemption.

If you are currently financially dependant on your parents, and they are paying for, or going to be paying for, your education, you might have to just put up with it.

You could always go and just ask a lot of uncomfortable questions.

How did Noah and his family repopulate the earth without incest?
Why does God advocate slavery in Exodus 21?

I'm sure you can think of more.

After a few weeks, they may ask you not to come back.

You'd believe if you just opened your heart" is a terrible argument for religion. It's basically saying, "If you bias yourself enough, you can convince yourself that this is true." If religion were true, people wouldn't need faith to believe it -- it would be supported by good evidence.
