Soldat......"empiricism alone" is a redundant statement.  Empiricism is the idea that all knowledge comes from sense experience.  Again, do you have some other method, that doesn't rely on sense experience?  Rationalism doesn;t cut it, you need to supply the arguments with sound propositions.  The very act of considering an argument is a sensory experience, as awareness itself is a sensory experience. Rationalism is useless to a rock and it;s only as good, to us, as the quality of the propositions with which we supply it. OFC it's "alone" without sense we are blind, deaf, dumb and unaware. All the arguments in the world wouldn't help us arrive at truth anymore than they help a rock.

It's a fact fluoride is in placer county (my county) water. I checked with the water district on that. You should check with your local water district also, it's what smart people do; investigate for themselfs. But you would'nt go out of your way to fact check these things would you? Naaaah...
