Then I kidnapped them and took them home for two nights.  My niece sleeps in late so my nephew and I walked the dogs through the park behind us and then helped me in the garden.  He actually asks to do this!

After the princess finished with her beauty sleep we took the dogs on a ride on the steam trains in Tilden park.

After dinner we took a dip in the hot tub.  The flash on my phone made it hard for him to keep his eyes open.

MH Brewer reports that he received his commissioned watercolor from me of his dogs and is very happy with it!
 HUZZAH! I'm a sold-artist in TWO mediums now!

The breed is a Beligian Tervuren, I think (had to google it because I can never spell it) and these particular dogs are his own Nico and Lexi.

This particular painting was done entirely on the Saturday after my very last chemo - I was feeling good and didn't want to just lay on my couch so I painted dogs and it turned out pretty okay!  Better than the previous attempts anyway.
