This reminded me of the story i read when i was little, it was called "ugly duckling" Sad stupid fucking story.
The story basically says if your child is ugly, abandon him/her.

A lot of the old nursery rhymes have some...antiquated morals.

Many of the Grimms and Hans Christian Anderson tales are darkly disturbing to downright terrifying in their original form.

Just got finished weeding my front flower bed. It went from manageable amounts of broadleaf and clover to completely overrun by crabgrass in a span of two weeks.

I didn't get a before shot, but here's the pile of weeds after:

For scale thats about 6 feet wide, 1.5 feet tall, and 2 feet deep. (there's also some tree/bush trimmings there, too)
