Some pictures from my cousin's wedding. None of me, yet... I'm waiting for people to email/text me some of myself.
My cousin and his bride:
One I snuck of them eating:
Cake cutting:
My niece looking cute:
My nephew making faces at me:
The wedding party posing on the castle walls
Oh, yeah, they had a horse drawn carriage
I had a blast. I'm exhausted and achy (traveling an hour+ each direction over curvy and bumpy NH roads each direction on back-to-back days (wedding rehearsal + dinner on Saturday) isn't much fun when you have rods in your back, plates in your hips, and pressure sores), but it was totally worth it. I used to ride around our front and back yards with my cousin standing on the back of my wheelchair when he was a kid. We'd try to do wheelies. It's hard to believe he's going to turn 30 in a couple weeks and is now married.
His bride is awesome, too. She's a very sweet, intelligent, funny girl. A very welcome addition to our small family.

Nothing like liking your in-laws. The wedding looked lovely.

I'm looking forward to my year coming up so's I can change back to "Thump".
I liked Thump, but you are a solid character and "feel" the same whatever you post under.

Saw this on my way home from the university. What a fucking despicable idea. People really just turn off their brains to the meaning behind shit when it comes to gawd.
Fucking Tennessee.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

"Ironically like the nativist far-Right, which despises multiculturalism, but benefits from its ideas of difference to scapegoat the other and to promote its own white identity politics; these postmodernists, leftists, feminists and liberals also use multiculturalism, to side with the oppressor, by demanding respect and tolerance for oppression characterised as 'difference', no matter how intolerable."- Maryam Namazie

Thanks, Jen I do my best to minimize the disconnect between internet and IRL, and believe that being one's self is more important than any screenname. I don't really trust people online when I can sense a persona in play.
