Or maybe he finally figured out that when virtually every Mexican politician came out to say they wouldn't cooperate with the plan.

And, of course, the way he funds it is by defunding Planned Parenthood and food stamps: make sure we have lots of kids and not enough money to feed them, and keep most of the wealth in the hands of a small cadre of oligarchs. Hmm... maybe Trump's ideas of what America should be and what Mexico is aren't all that different.

He could, but like any rich psycho, he wants to take money out of the hands of poor people, while giving tax cuts to the rich. It boggles the mind that anyone can be so heartless. You want to fund something, but you don't want to go where most of the money is at. You have to rob it from the weak and defenseless.
