I am sorry, but if you are going to sit on a bench, REGARDLESS of party, your "experience" cannot be simply that you played secretary even if you have a law degree.

I've watched the NFL for over 40 years, but I have never played one single down in pee wee league, High School, college much less the NFL. Sure, I can comment on my observations as an outsider, but we are not talking about sports here. We are talking about putting people's lives on the line, either financially or criminally. 

Without knowing this guy, just based on his answers, if I was accused of  a crime, or sued in a civil court, this is the last asshole I would want defending me. Is this moron judge material? HELL FUCKING NO!
