There is a vet at ASU who is just beginning clinical trials on a vaccine to prevent cancer.  He is trying it on dogs first and if it works they will see if they can expand to human trials.

And "god" who so proudly claimed to be the source of all "evil"

Quote: Isaiah 45:7King James Version (KJV)

7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the Lord do all these things.

Maybe some day science can facilitate time travel, go back to 4BC, fix god, so he doesn’t rape Mary and spawn that ambarassing egomaniacal layabout jesus.

Ten to one some nutter will come by to crow about how their magic book knew about this all along.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

It's always awesome to see real medicine research at work, and how it will help people.

I would be blind today if not for medical advances...both retinas detached. All those problems from such a perfectly designed and complex eye.  Rolleyes
