Mine is Scorpius. I love the brilliant red super giant at its heart and the many deep sky objects in and around it including the globular cluster M4.
I believe in life before death.
What's your favorite constellation?

Whichever contains the 3 Orion stars.

I cannot say that I have a favorite, but I have heard mention of Cassiopeia in movies recently.

I'd say "The Little Dipper", but he's in the White House nor is he my favorite.

For deep sky objects, I prefer Ophiuchus. Lots of wonderful globular clusters there. Although, I have to admit that Auriga into Gemini is quite good with its open clusters.
For sheer beauty without a scope, I prefer Orion. It's sort of my anchor in the sky when it is visible. For summer skies, I like Sagittarius, seen as a teapot. It also has some nice deep sky objects.
Mine is Orion's belt. I never miss a chance to shout "that's Orion's belt!" when I see it.
