I did say ‘merits of the lawsuit aside’ (but I agree with your assessment). I’m just stumped as to what possible value Remington’s lawyers see in whether little Bobby coloured outside the lines.

If he HAD killed someone with a Chevy, is GM liable? I gotta go with OLB on this one - it’s insane to hold a manufacturer responsible for the criminal use of its products.
