1) Show me where it says that. I'm not even saying it doesn't say that (though I suspect that if they do say using the wrong pronouns is a firing offense, it's only if it's done intentionally and/or for the purpose of hurting the person in question), but I couldn't find any information on said program (which I hadn't even heard of before you mentioned it) saying so.

2) Like I and AWTY said, group showering among 8-year-olds is not really a thing in the US. And are you assuming that the sexuality of transwomen is inherently predatory because they were assigned as male at birth? Because that's really the only reason to be this concerned specifically about transwomen invading women's spaces to abuse women. If that's their parents' concern, then they're wrong because I've looked at a lot of cases that are claimed to be examples of transwomen invading women's spaces, and I can count the cases where the perp even actually played the gender identity card on my fingers. And the majority of those offenders already had a prior record for sex offenses.

Well, where I come from if someone walked through a playground with their penis out they'd be arrested and charged.  You seem to think that's magically ok if it happens in a locker room? Of if they're trans?

1) Are you actually going to provide any evidence that "This is Who We Are" is recommending people who accidentally misgender people get fired?
2) It's just as easy as walking through a door. It's not like there's some mysterious force that locks the door the second it turns out that someone with a penis or who identifies as male touches it. If someone's ready to commit sexual assault, the relatively minor offense of walking into a locker room labeled for women won't faze them.
3) How to tell if someone's trans? Ask them.

You didn't answer.  Also it's interesting you bring up the YMCA because my very first job was as a janitor there and every week they had children's swim classes, once done the boys would shower and often horse around the locker room naked while getting dressed.

In that same locker some other guys were getting dressed too, I assume you'd want them arrested, correct?

An no there isn't/ wasn't a separate lockerroom for children.
