I'm going to go with 4, but this is just a wild guess as I have no solid reasoning for it.

I'm fairly sure it's lucky number 13.

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

^ 1-9, except I'm not seeing 5.

Were the other puzzles correctly solved, or did we move on from boredom?

Full cat = 10 since 10 + 10 + 10 = 30
Cat head = 5 since 10 + 5 + 5 = 20
Pair of paws = 2 since 5 + 2 + 2 = 9
Paw = 1

Therefore, 5 + 1 x 10 = 15

I saw two 0s in there also. Though probably don't count since not at same scale as the other numbers.
