And to think Idi Amin was never put in jail. FYI: This could be a hoaxish video. Still looking into it.
It turns out, it is fake, as far as I can tell. They had me going with the Idi Amin thing. Still, it is really creepy to watch. There ya go Shell, get your chimp fix.
