Are you telling me that physical science is a JUSTIFIABLE belief?
The computer that you are using now will be outdated in few years
and the new computer that will take his place will also be outdated after short time.
A real belief is something that never get outdated
but this is something that your brain will understand when you will reach the belief that never get outdated. Smile

I am eager to learn from you what is your tool to work out and say for sure whether something is knowledge or not.
Tell me anything but please don't involve something constantly changing
like physical science. Worship

No, silly boy, that's a childish attitude. You have irrational beliefs, no matter how strongly you hold them, that are not justifiable.

Of course, you seem disconnected from most of reality, so no surprise there.

I don't reject science, you do. Why should I adopt your handicaps?

Do you have a method better than empirical observation and testing hypotheses to form knowledge?

You just described every one of his posts.
"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."

And that's why "real" beliefs are doomed to extinction as knowledge progresses.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Every time I read riketto/enrico's posts, I just imagine Antoine Dobson yelling at his computer monitor:

Empirical observation and testing hypotheses are very good
for ascertain facts within the physical science but as the world
is and how mother nature works these facts don't stay facts for too long.
Everything that move is due for a change so the old facts soon or later end up or better say end DOWN in the rubbish bin of history so this is not really the best way to know the real truth.
The real knowledge can not possibly come from a constant
changing situation. Cool Shades

Good question.
We got so many Gods that it is very hard to know which is which.
They all fight for supremacy that is why we got earthquakes
and tsunami. Confused FallConfusedhock:Confused Fall
