Like someone said in another thread, you eventually get used to the torment and then it won't matter.

On the flip side you get used to the paradise and get bored of it.

Even if the eternity was just a giant sex orgy where everyone had infinite stamina you'd still eventually get bored of it.

Eternity is boring.

What God made was a perfect world, and told us not to involve ourselves with this sickness. Even after we did, He provided a cure. If you don't or wont take it for whatever reason then you certainly do not need to spend eternity with those who do.
