And for god's sake have the decency to clean up after yourself.

We could make him man the jizz mop and bucket like Rev777. Then this problem would take care of itself.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

Not remotely compelling, Danny. It's obvious that his deathly perceptions were guilt driven artifacts fostered by another state of cognitive dissonance. Sure didn't help his having a little birdy chirping in his ear for five years the same kind of nonsense which you spout. Also his atheism wasn't a considered position but rather a function of his ego. I don't know of many atheists who "believe in the power of the universe," whatever the fuck that's supposed to mean. Also the conversion was driven by selfishness and cowardice. I'd like to think that if you intelligently analysed this testimony you wouldn't be presenting us with such tripe - but then again, I had a bunch of Gwynnies for breakfast and am more forgiving than the norm. I find your Discworld quotes quite inspiring and they fill me with love and joy.  They bring back happy memories (if I ignore Raising Steam)

You could greatly increase your chances of converting us by tailoring your message to your audience rather than just steamrolling over us with whatever you want and making us feel like you don't actually give a shit about the people you're talking to. But then, I suppose it would be way harder to feel self righteous if you had to talk evidence rather than preaching.

Just depends on what your goal actually is, I suppose. Angel

Hence my comment about jacking off.

For Daniel, this is not about "saving souls"; this is about burnishing his own ego. He feels good for having tried the useless.

It wasn't the best of his books.

I still enjoyed it, though.

Internal Combustion is just a theory?

Yes.  I think it should get equal time as Intelligent Combustion.

Teach the controversy!!

Nonsense. This is cheap work on your part so you can feel like a "good Christian".

If you were really trying to change minds, you wouldn't cite a book you know we reject. You'd bring, you know, evidence, which is the currency of argument here.

You're here for yourself and your own egotistical aims. Quit lying.

I've tried saving souls.  But they make quite a mess when you try to put them through that little slit in the piggy bank.

Speaking of, have you heard the Good News about Thor, Son of The ALLFather?
