Feeling okay. When my nurse took my blood pressure it was unusually high today. I've got my own cuff, and it appears to be back down to normal now.

Getting really tired of whichever airforce decides sending 4 transport helicopters over my house at what must have been about 10 meters above the roof, is a good idea. This happens way too much, either with transport choppers or the occasional Apache gunship at maybe 5 meters above roof level. >.>
(I can't really say who, i live between an RAF base and at least two USAF bases, could be either.)
