Started reading Patty Hearst's book about her experiences as a hostage and the trial after. Have been curious about it ever since I saw her in some of John Waters' films.

Interesting, what's the name of the book?
I just started
The Man Who Mistook His Wife For A Hat by Oliver Sacks this morning. Not far enough into it to even venture a review, but so far it's intriguing.
Teenaged X-Files obsession + Bermuda Triangle episode + Self-led school research project = Atheist.

Just finished Project Azorian
Very interesting combination of some extremely clever engineering, wheeling dealing Howard Hughes, CIA spook world, a really grim maritime disaster and chutzpah.

Just got the third "Reckoners" book by Brandon Sanderson. I know what I'm reading next!

"Calamity," book three of the "Reckoners" series was fantastic. Probably the best of the trilogy, and a good conclusion to the trilogy. He did leave openings for further books, but the premise will have to alter moving forward if he does.
Now reading "One Salt Sea," part five of the "October Daye" series. Our heroine now has to stop a war between the Sea Fae and the Land Fae.
Sounds like good times.
Listening to "Darkfever," the first book in the "MacKayla Lane" and/or "Fever" series (depending who you ask). This may get confusing reading two series concurrently that are based on old country Fae legends.
Recently finished (after a "Reckoners" interruption) "The Secret Life of the Grown-Up Brain" by Barbara Strauch. Interesting and informative look at what's going on inside
my poor abused noggin the human brain as we move out of youth and into middle age.

Stalinism and Nazism. Dictatorships in Comparision redacted by Ian Kershaw and Moshe Lewin. It's interesting take on both regimes, their differences and what they had in common.

I read Kindred by Octavia E Butler for black history month. This is an emotionally harrowing book. And I wanted wine and blunt a third of the way through. Don't pick up this book lightly.
