How's Everyone Feeling Right Meow?

No patient consultations.
Paperwork mostly done. No surgeries scheduled. Intern smacked on the nose with a newspaper and sulking in a corner. Have a weekend off. What's not to like? Playing Cluedo with my mum while I was at Uni: "You did WHAT? With WHO? WHERE???"  
Fucking pissed. Work just announced that there will be no salary increases for 2015 performance reviews. That makes 5 of the last 6 years that I got stiffed (I get told that I'm supposedly "at the top of your salary range" - yet they never seem to be able to tell me what that range is, or what it's based on). I got a raise of a whopping 1.2% a few years ago.
Oh, but it gets better. We've been told that we're all going to have our base salaries "adjusted". They're promising to do bonuses based on performance - at the end of 2017. Nobody believes management because it's bloody obvious to everyone that they're grooming the company for sale, and they're just using the experienced people after laying off everyone else last November. I want out of this bullshit industry.
Of course I'm handling this in the most mature way possible - getting drunk.
