Try making an argument without using a metaphor or analogy Rik. I suspect you are actually incapable of this.

You suspect it? I'd bet the house payment and toss my grandchildren into the pot for good measure. Not only is he incapable of arguing without resorting to analogy or metaphor, he also seems incapable of understanding the difference between good metaphors and apt analogies and bad ones. This endless sty of a thread is conclusive evidence of that.

I have no idea why they have to have "god" die, wake up, and then fly away. Whats up with that?

Sounds familiar...
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Seen that reaction before when some smart person try to tell the ignorant masses that
the planet earth was not flat and was not the center of the universe.
Nothing really new son.
Try again but as i already told you post only after you eat those funny mushrooms not before
or you can choke while you laugh out of control due to your own madness.  Wink

No problem with me with doing that Rob but actually there is a problem with you.  Banghead
The problem is that when i talk to kids with a limited brain capacity they wouldn't understand the message
unless i use metaphors or analogies.
Got it Rob?  Lightbulb
You never thought about that Rob, did you?  I'm all ears!

I hope you don't mind if i throw your personal opinion down the WC exactly as a judge would do.  Smile
The very reason why you guys keep on coming back for more is far far away from what your mind think.
Guess what cross?  Lightbulb
Behind your outer mind there is a much bigger mind better known as consciousness mind.
This mind understand that your outer mind is loaded with dogmas of all kind so when come in contact
with something that make sense like LR posts tell your outer mind to stick on and on.
This is the very reason why the thread goes on and on.
You never thought about it cross, did you?  I'm all ears!
