Yeh it's not easy to peep even when inside a womens toilets I imagine, but I imagine it's easier than doing it from the outside of the room.

I'm honestly not an expert at doing this ( I can't stress that enough) but I imagine they could just peep over the side or under the stall or place hidden cameras or hundreds of other tactics.

My point is, it would be just as easy for a man NOT in drag to get INTO the rest room if they go at the right time to the right bathroom.

Or to dress in drag and go in even though trans people are not allowed in.

Yes, EXACTLY.

RE: Transexuals
So - sarcasm brackets on - how would it be for a gay man entering as men's restroom. They're obviously out to see some juicy dick, aren't they? Should there be a segregated restroom for gays also - sarcasm brackets off.

RE: Transexuals
The whole restroom thing is frustrating because there's absolutely no evidence that would give someone even the slightest reason to believe there's any increased risk by continuing to allow everyone to pee wherever they feel comfortable.

RE: Transexuals
I'll have to agree transsexuals should be able to decide what place they feel more comfortable going.

The solution is not to always make laws to protect you from the worse person, but to accommodate the well being of those most in need of it.

Besides men can wear a niqaab and do the same thing now. And despite the niqaab having no basis in Islam, I don't support forbidding it for what a real bad person can do with it.

Yep, but theists are going to hang on to that for dear life because they know if they say, "ew, it's just icky!" then they look like douchebags.

RE: Transexuals
This whole stupid idea of having a 3rd bathroom annoys me.

By the logic applied to that about supposed "perverts" surely, we'd need a 4th bathroom, then, for gay/lesbian people? Because hey, if trans people are all perverts, because they may or may not be attracted to the same gender of the bathroom of their choice, surely the gay/lesbians would like to perv on people too!

(That was full of sarcasm, if it was unaware.)

See how stupid the logic sounds now, When directly applied to another group?

I kinda love the third restroom because it's generally just a single room with one toilet and you have to wait your turn so anyone can use it. I like this because my son is 6 but he looks 10 easily and I don't like to bring him into the women's restroom but I also don't want him going off by himself to the men's room.

I still don't see how something as breast implants can be covered under the guides of good therapy. I can see breast reduction being covered since cases have proved that it is medically harmful, I'm struggling to see why getting enhancement would be deemed medically necessary.

It seems like you are clearly seeing depression not as a disease but as some sort of failing. If a person has been in therapy for years because of self esteem, has real life consequences from their depression, and a doctor medically recommends an augmentation as a course of treatment (this would only be in extreme cases, as most people would likely have success in therapy) then that should be covered if your plan already covers prescribed elective procedures.

A prescribed elective procedure would include an ACL reconstruction or a SLAP repair (both elective procedures that I've had), as there are courses of treatment that do not require surgery. If your plan covers those procedures, it should also cover any other prescribed elective procedure.

Other reasons for augmentation are uneven breast size, reconstruction after loss of size after pregnancy or cancer, mastectomy reconstructions, etc.
