Yes, the real rapes were happening TO the black community, just as the real rapes are happening TO the trans community. And both horrors are made even worse when the bigots use propaganda to try to make the victims seem like a perpetrator worth oppressing.

I don't see how telling a person that has a penis to use the bathroom for other people with penises is bigoted.

Learn the actual definition of gender, as opposed to biological sex (which is what you are describing), and you might understand.
