Agree with you EVF
It is an religious cermony which partly make me against marriage. I'm also against it for the same reason as you EVS.
It also originates from old times when marriage meant money, influence and power. So marriage in beginning wasn't so much about love.
Even though that isn't so today, even though it give you legal beinifits and such, do I not see why people think marriage is so beutiful and touching. I simply can't understand that.
