Welcome to our little corner of the disbelieving universe. Most of us are agnostic as well as atheists. Possibly you're thinking that atheists believe that gods positively do not exist? Because I don't think that and that definition of atheism would be far from the norm around here. In these parts we call an atheist anyone who answers "nope" to the "do you believe in God/gods" question.
But where are my manners? Talking shop instead of offering you tea. Tsk, tsk. Please have some.

Well, I think people who enjoy science that is logical and makes sense go into physics, people who enjoy science that's messy yet exciting do biology, and chemistry, who the hell knows why anyone would want to do that
