Yup, going home today! I feel myself again.

Thanks so much to everyone who has supported me through this and read all my pithy updates Tongue

In theory, I should be able to eat a proper diet, in time. However things were before, they are apparently clear now. Adhesions have been removed (gut twisting back on itself) and that must have been what was causing my blockages.
