Trump is appealing the Washington State judge's order the the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals for a speedy hearing.

If the Ninth Circuit Court doesn't reverse the judge's ruling it will be appealed to the SCOTUS. It will almost certainly uphold the Executive Order, probably with an unanimous decision.
That will also clear the way for the concentration camps for illegal aliens from Mexico and Central America, which is covered in another EO.
Sorry could you expand on that last part.. ?
Damnit, I just lost my post because the "Save to Draft" feature isn't working. Now I'll have to start over.
First, a little history. Since January 20 through February 3 Trump has issued eight (8) Executive Orders.
http://www.presidency.ucsb.edu/executive...it=DISPLAY
Three of those EOs concern immigration issues. The two that he issued on January 25 are the most important. The one about visa holders from the seven countries that everyone is whining over isn't that important but it will make or break the ones that are the most important.
Executive Order 13767 Border Security and Immigration Enforcement Improvements
Section 4 deals with building the wall from Brownsville Texas to the Pacific Ocean. In some spots the current US border will be on the south side of the wall. It's unclear how many square miles of US current US territory will be on the south side of the wall but it's sure to be a lot.
Section 5 covers Detention Facilities (concentration camps, prisons, or full-service resorts depending on your preference).
Section 11 is about Parole, Asylum, and Removal. Paragraph ( c ) gives the Secretary of Homeland Security sole and unreviewable discretion.
Executive Order 13768 Enhancing Public Safety in the Internal United States
Section 6 Civil Fines and Penalties will put the cash crunch on illegal aliens and their enablers. So theoretically mayors, city council members, State legislators, and even Governors could get fined for aiding and abetting illegal aliens with their sanctuary non-sense. It would be a heck of a fight but it's in there.
The real issue is if the Repubs will make any of those various sections in the EOs laws.
Once the SCOTUS approves of the
EO Protecting the Nation from Foreign Terrorist Entry into the United States the crap will really hit the fan. I think that's why it was put out there in the first place. There's simply no legal basis for the SCOTUS not to uphold it.
BTW, the link I provided is the best source for getting actual history on any political issue in American history. Since Trump will be issuing EOs all the time it's a good site to read them.
