A God from a monotheistic religion would assume that he knows everything because he created everything that he knows. However, he might not be sure why he is even there in the first place. He might consider that there is something beyond him.

I think you were coming something to argue with Theists, not actually wondering about the Creator that you know exists. And I don't believe most Atheists honestly doubt God, I believe they deceiving lie to themselves about God and disbelieve in God in that regard.
It was a hard thing for me to realize, but I do realize it now. There are some confused Atheists, I don't believe you are one of them.

Well, I honestly doubt God exists. I can't see him, hear him, touch him, or smell him anywhere. I don't sense his presence. And the world clearly looks to me like there's no [interventionist] God behind it.

I don't think Atheists generally are honest about the word honestly. I just don't believe it anymore. I believe they lie to themselves every day about not knowing God.
