You specifically say that scientists are wasting their lives not understanding some spiritual crap and yet they have very productive lives without it, bettering human life itself. Yet, on the other hand, you who thinks has that knowledge is living off products of those people you say are wrong and you are probably very unproductive. Which makes it look like your so called knowledge is useless.

Yes, we should be more like god, and just go back to killing each other whenever there's a problem. Forget exploring the universe, and curing diseases on a wide scale, and making this life as healthy and wealthy as possible. He doesn't care about us, and our persuits. I am taking about progress not about survival.
Survival needs a daily effort physically-material and mental.
Don t get me wrong.
There is nothing wrong with that, in fact a continuous effort is needed but is wrong to think that more technology equals to more progress.
That is an illusion because the positive within the material sphere ALWAYS attracts the negative side.
Spiritually on the other hand doesn’t that is why only spiritually can lead to real progress.
You show me that technology advancement equals to progress and I will send you a truck full of gold bullions.

Scientists are doing an excellent job.
We could not live without them.
However their work is all about survival.

I can not judge about other people.
As far as my spiritual teacher is concerned there is no question that his teachings lead to more consciousness and therefore to progress.
After a lifetime that I follow his teachings I am in a position to know whether his system works or not.
Spiritually does what physical science doesn’t.
While PScience is very important for physical survival spiritually take you away from the continuous cycle of reincarnation and into the goal of life.
Unfortunately intellectuals don’t get it.
For them there is no goal so all you get is what you have now.
Nothing more nothing less.

Now put yourself before a deity in which there is no doubt whether or not He is God. so then why would it be wrong to worship God?

Nah, most people believe they'll get everything they want in heaven. They go on living their miserable existences thinking that that new car or that lush mansion will be theirs once they go to heaven. And that they'll never suffer again!

If heaven was a place where you only sit and praise God for all eternity, no one would believe in it. It would be boring! Could you imagine praising God for all the eternity without being able to sit up, take a break and eat an ice cream (alone)?

Nope! People think they'll get everything they want once they're dead. They think they'll never get sick and that they'll even get all the sex they want. Most christians will definitely deny it, but deep down in their hearts it's all they want! They want to be gorgeous, rich and healthy and that's why they are willing to give everything to their God because he's the one who's offering all those kind of things.

But the only thing they'll tell you about heaven is that it's a place where everyone gathers with their loved ones and sing kumbaya and no one ever suffers again for all eternity. They praise God and everyone is always happy! And that's it.

Dig deep into a christian mind's idea of what heaven is like and you'll find gorgeous women (if they're a straight man), endless money, never ending sex, a stream of never ending delicious food, cars, houses, pretty places, impeccable health, success and all that sht.

The sad christians (the ones who have lost a loved one) think they'll reunite with their dead family members in order to be happy, and what does that happyness consists of? Again: money, luxuries, singing, dancing, eating, etc.

I haven'f found a christian who believes that heaven is a place where you sit in front of God/Jesus and the only thing you do is pray all day long. If Hell offered them all those things I mentioned before, they'd rather go there, because people only want to get what they want! And sitting in front of God praying is certainly not at the top of their list! (well only if it gives them all those pretty things.)
