In a modern civilised society we will not allow dwellings to have the sewer pipes connected to the fresh water lines.
Sewer pipes are for toxic waste to pass out and away from the dwelling. They are not there for rummaging around and entertainment.
It is only proper and safe to use the fresh water system for domestic use.

The mouth was designed to be at the other end of the torso, for communicating. But since communicating isn't a priority for demented sinners, they shove their heads into places where it doesn't improve their disability or relationships.
Jumping off a bridge is such a mild act by comparison.
