my suggestions of seeking knowledge.

RE: my suggestions of seeking knowledge.
I can see how that might be the case.  I know that I rehash the same arguments over and over and communicate what I've learned about them and collect feedback from others to build that base.  Trying to cut back on miscommunication and mis-statement, though I constantly get shit wrong that I should know and do know but derp derp- or fail to adequately close the door to semantic equivocations through poor statements.

Practice makes perfect, eh?
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Articulating the same thing in different words, is very important.  If you only know how to explain something one way, you probably don't understand what you are explaining but rehashing what someone else has said.

And re-attempting to explain yourself, overtime, you do get better (closer to perfecting it).

That's the hope, anyway.  The hope is real, lol.

She said something funny?

I've decided, whenever someone mocks the issue of my mental health, I am going to put them on ignore.

She wasn't mocking your mental health, she was making a joke. You were being an asshole, though.

In university, a professor told us studies show the only time it becomes 100% guarantee memory regarding something, is when you teach it.  That is why he emphasized when we study, to make groups, and teach one another what we studied.

So if you don't want to forget and just gloss over something you learned or realized, teach it.

I agree with this, actually.  Teaching a subject really cements your knowledge.  However - you need to make sure the people that you are "teaching" want to be taught.    Group Hug

It helps..but imo, it's not a requirement.  You get the practice whether they want to hear it or not.

Meh, not if you are following someone deluded themselves who mistakes old mythology for modern scientific knowledge that cannot be equated to objective fact. Religions are bias, everyone of every religion thinks they got it right.

I'd say if one wants a bigger awareness of the world study the world don't chase simply what one wishes to be true.

Knowledge isn't trying to make something fit your own world. I think that is the mistake in logic most theists make, not just MK.

I'd say the best advice is when you want facts you cannot be lead by your wishes and should not be afraid to be wrong.

Scientific method so far is what gives us the best understanding of nature and the universe. Being aware of traditions and religion you can be aware of lots of information sure, but that is a social norm mostly handed down to youth prior to them being able to formulate adult critical thinking skills.

Science is pragmatic and gives working models, it never generates certainty regarding most of what it touches.

Tall claim.

To you perhaps.

Science is not the observations. Observations are of course 100% knowledge often the case is they are. The assessment is a working model. The problem is there can many working models and we subjectively assess which one is more realistic and often associate the more realistic framework with the conclusion as if we got there because of the evidence, but it was a hypothesis that works, not proven.
