Hmm... only 61.85% income tax, 7 percent
Social security tax, Then a 25% consumption tax on top of that for Sweden. I think I would rather work, and choose where my money goes; rather than the government. https://fee.org/articles/is-sweden-socia...o-but//amp

I think I'll just move back to Sweden. Now if only I could get my kids and grandkids to do the same.
I wonder if there'll be less talk of arming teachers this time, since teachers decided to finally fight back for pay raises.
"Tradition" is just a word people use to make themselves feel better about being an asshole.

Pay some tax and get health cover. Whats wrong with that? You can fix ignorance, you can't fix stupid. Tinkety Tonk and down with the Nazis. At least they actually get something for the taxes they pay. RE: 22nd School Shooting this year

If all the poor people without health coverage just moved to sweden, that could solve the problem for everyone! I wonder if the US paid for the travel, if Sweden would be okay with that. Swedes are so poor that they don't have collapsing public school buildings, don't have school shootings, don't have poison in their drinking water, don't have higher mortality rate of newborns and actually have longer life expectancy.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

I keep getting mail from them since I am a Certified Firearms Instructor, but I'm not a member. The rhetoric from them is just stupid and inflammatory and I don't support it. I have the certification from when I used to teach boys in the Scouts to shoot. I'm an atheist now, so not affiliated with the BSA (since about '07) any longer, either. BoT, let's hope that the rhetoric gets dialed down, though I don't hold much hope for that.

Cut out the middle man, seeing as the government is horrible with budgets and money. Of course they could just limit the profits of those in health care and insurance. Doctors play a few less rounds of golf a year, and we have cheaper health coverage!

We have a orange shit gibbon sitting in what is supposed to be a highly respected office, making a mockery of our entire country. So unless Sweden is ready to accept political refugees from the US, I don't see anything changing anytime soon. Disclaimer: I am only responsible for what I say, not what you choose to understand.
