Waste time, vent out some thoughts. Argue.

I think working my thoughts out on here has helped me present my thoughts pretty well in real life situations.


Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.

Again, your incorrect dismissal of philosophy and insistence that those who find it interesting don't understand it is, ironically, to make yourself feel better about your not understanding it and not bothering to try to. If you understood it you wouldn't dismiss it. You are confusing your inability to appreciate it with it not making sense. Those are two different things.

But, if it makes you feel better, keep dismissing it as you reap its fruits. Tongue
