Watching a single episode of Rumpole would put you far ahead of every single republitraitor judge appointed in the last forty years, barring the sole and honourable exception of John Jones III.

You just love to focus on drama rather then policy .
Next those supposed zealots did nothing wrong . Conservatives are fucking snowflakes . And i highly doubt it will have any actual impact on anything .

I do not want to hear shit from the GOP after what they did to VOTERS! NO, not Obama, but the voters whom TWICE put him in office to make that decision. Watch as these fuckers suddenly become hypocrites and claim we are the "obstructionists".
The days of polite are gone. They were dicks to Obama, so we are going to be dicks right back.
It seems have if you do not think this is wrong then!
My liberal Redneck friend from Oklahoma rightfully said, "They are going to do what works, it doesn't matter what is right."
I would LOVE nothing more to get back to civility and fairness, but we are not at that point now. If the GOP is going to pull hair and kick people in the privates and they want to fight dirty, I don't see how we have a choice now.
It WAS WRONG for Mich and the GOP to deny the voters Obama's pick. If we cave we are a doormat. I am not a doormat.
If the GOP didn't want us saying that now, they shouldn't have started that fight. FUCK THEM.

I am heart sick over this. I can't even truly express what I'm feeling about Kennedy's announcement. Anger, sadness, grief, resignation, defeat... and this is coming from a person who lives in a reliably blue state where LGBT people have legal protections from discrimination and abortion access is guaranteed by our state constitution. I can't even imagine how much worse I would feel if I lived in a red state with loony Pence-wannabe governors and trigger laws, where LGBT people are still discriminated against or are closeted for fear of physical violence.
Fuck.
Fuck Trump.
Fuck McConnell.
Fuck every single person who didn't think there was any difference between Trump and Clinton.
Fuck every Bernie Bro who refused to vote for Clinton or who voted FOR Trump.
Fuck everyone who voted third party or who didn't vote at all.
Fuck the electoral college bullshit system we have.

Third parties aren't to blame here. Third parties are vital to ensure that we have an actual democracy. The election system is at fault, and has been for many many years.

This is why elections matter, Snowflakes.... and I blame the ones who failed to vote. There are 60 million asswipes in this country who will vote for any sack of shit with an R after his name. Fuck them. They are worse than useless and there is no point trying to "engage" with them. But the ones who couldn't be bothered or who absurdly believed both candidates were "the same" they deserve to hear about it.

It’s been dead. The last sign of heart beat was just before the first republican reaction to Obama’s arrival in the Oval Office. The corpse was kept in the freezer for the next 8 years, periodically given some new coat of make up by the democrats in the hope that maintaining a life like appearance will somehow facilitate a miraculous resuscitation. It has finally been taken out of the freezer and buried. But I highly doubt it will Rest In Peace.
Instead the mummified and rotting corpse will be periodically exhumed and paraded to convince the posterity that it, rather than those staging the macabre spectacles, remains in charge.

Those are entirely separate issues. I don't see how anything is "blown". For what it's worth, the Democrats are still talking about immigrants. I believe there were several court cases filed this week.
Quote:Maxine Waters and Peter Fonda only added fuel to that fire and Trump's poll numbers have been on the rise. Last night's NY dem primary had a young socialist community organizer unseat a long time House dem. So not a good time for the Dems.
Trump's poll numbers haven't been on the rise. Even the conservative leaning pollsters don't agree on that: http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_c...ex_history If anything, they've stayed about the same.
Your point about the unseating of the long time House dem only matters if you're certain that New York won't show out to vote for her. They probably will.
Quote:For the second part, voters have short term memories....and too bad for Hillary she didn't make that a campaign issue. I think if GOP candidates will campaign how that Dems opposed the tax cuts and how that Dems have said they will resist Trump and the GOP, ....so now, more than likely, they'll try to obstruct a SCOTUS nominee. The Dems have no message going into the midterms other than resist Trump.
A GOP candidate will campaign based on the fact that Democrats oppose a GOP president and the GOP? Wow, what an amazingly original strategy. Newsflash, that happens every election, for both parties. Democrats want a Democrat led government. Republicans want a Republican led government.
How exactly, do you think Democrats can obstruct a SCOTUS nominee? As far as I'm aware, they don't have enough votes to do anything. If the SCOTUS appointment gets blocked, it will be because Republican(s) vote Nay.
No. I'm talking more along the lines of how GOP candidates can spin some of these issues in the midterms...
Those issues where far left activists are mobbing and harassing GOP office holders and Trump cabinet members can still be spun into the same issue because that's why activists and Dems like Maxine Waters are calling on people to publicly harass them.
Yeah, the Dems are still talking about immigration but now some of them are talking about about abolishing ICE. ...and with 84% of the electorate opposing sanctuary cities and believing that illegals should be turned over to federal authorities how well do you think that will go over with voters...
https://focuswashington.com/2018/06/28/d...ry-cities/
The newcomer who unseated the longtime dem is a socialist. That can be spun to how far left the democrat party is moving...and with calls from other Dems and activist candidates like Kamala Harris, Kirsten Gillibrand, Cynthia Nixon calling for the abolishing of ICE and supporting open borders, ie, it could be easily done.
A GOP candidate can campaign on how Dems oppose tax cuts, strong borders, strong military, etc....that strategy.
Dems will likely come out against a SCOTUS nominee with their usual fear tactics of roe v Wade being overturned, lgbt rights being reversed, and they'll more than likely lead a smear campaign against a SCOTUS nominee like they did against Clarence Thomas in an attempt to turn the public against whoever Trump and the GOP supports for Kennedy's SCOTUS seat. In fact, Dem candidates and office holders are launching into their fear campaign against a SCOTUS nominee already, and noone has yet been nominated..... I'm taking about opposing and holding up in that way.
