If creations were perfect, then God won't.
Each creation has their imperfection. And humans have semen and period to remember periodically that they are not perfect at all.

I should be thankful for this though; because when humans think they are perfect they cause disasters, kill millions with their arrogance, or in other words "corrupt on earth". God is not ridiculous, but humans who think they are perfect -even though they produce semen and blood- are.

Oh is that why we have semen and go through menses? Here I was thinking that we had those things are part of the design for our procreation - determined and stamped by the god that created us that way.

If you compare the Quran to the other obsolete books of the Shiite and Sunni sects, then I can't reason with you at all..
