Things may be different in Israel, but if that's what you're talking about, keep your claims specific and to the point.
Here is my question. Why dont Hebrews denounce judaism? You dont see Germans go around being proud of being Aryan?
Tell me what you think 'Hebrews' means.

Well i cant link it yet. So you probably arent gonna find the map of migration theory.
Also as someone who has studied history. Reason Judaism became even a thing was because empires warred at Canaan all the time " vassal state Canaan "belonging to Egypt at the time" was an alltime warzone. So having a belief you were superior was what came out of it. I guess the same idea flourished in Germany with a chosen race of their own. It was 3 factors
1: Poverty, inflation.
2: Scapegoating
3: Make yourself feel like you are worth something
But Judaism and Aryanism kind of share that same mentality of how it was made.

And, technically, the Aryan Race idea was proposed 80 years before the Nazis used it to take white supremacy to its logical conclusion in the Holocaust.

So, where do the Palestinians fit in this definition?

Well isnt that just what invaders of Israel called themselves? Israel as a culture "removed itself from Egypt, which was the new culture compared to the old vassal state called Canaan". Monotheism or 5 books of Moses didnt come into place before 600 BC. But Israel became its own culture in 1100 BC i think.
The word Palestine was used by Egyptian conquerers and Romans for invaders basically (originally one argues it comes from Philistines which was sea people that existed and attacked Egypt and Israel at the time in the past). Arabs are the current ones living there, even though its a challenge between Hebrews and Arabs living there now.

So, I take it that the Palestinians of today, despite remaining in the general area of Israel for longer, don’t count as “Particular to Israel”.

If you mean what my view is. I am pro peace treaty, one for Israel, one for Palestine. Think reason the Oslo Accords didnt work back then was that the Palestines felt like they got a terrible deal out of it, so it never got solved. They should have a deal where they both benefit from it interms of economy and trade deals.

I mean by the definition you yourself gave of Hebrew as “a Semitic group of Middle East region, particular to Israel.”

Israel i kind of see as a cultural name. It isnt really tied to Judaism before it became a political religious group later of it.

I guess my point is since Palestinians are also “a Semitic group of Middle East region, particular to Israel,” do they also count as Hebrew, or does this mean you have to modify your definition?

Well Palestinians are Semites, but of Arab branch mostly. (atleast the ones that are now is)
But you can look up "Kingdom of Israel" on wikipedia. Its from the timeperiod of 900 BC, so this was before monotheism of 600 BC happend. So i dont think Judaism even was a religion before later, and it was simply a culture before it developed into a religious one.
