Gawd I miss Firefly, and Serenity was the bomb.

I absolutely loved the "tone" (for lack of a better descriptor) that Joss Whedon brought to play.

The casting director was a genius.

My favorite lines from the film.

(The crew was in a no-win situation, and had come to the conclusion that they were all likely going to be killed):

Simon: "My one regret in all of this is never being with you."
Kaylee: "With me? You mean to say, as in… sex?"
Simon: "I mean to say…"
Kaylee: [cocks her gun] "Hell with this. I’m gonna live!"
